This darling tutu has several layers of tulle to give it some body. It comes with a complimenting rhinestone collar that has a velcro closing. It was used in a window display for a month during the holidays but never worn...it's practically new. Made specifically for the display. Tutu measures 12"-12 1/2" around the waist. Rhinestone collar measures 8"-8 1/2" around the neck. Great costume or party outfit.
