This cute harness is made of a breathable mesh material and has a polka dot ruffle around the neck, highlighted by a satin ribbon on the front.   The polka dot pattern edges the rest of the harness.  Finishing it off are two heart-shaped buttons below the satin ribbon.  The step-in design makes it an easy on, easy off harness and is kept closed by strong velcro tabs and double secured with a quick release buckle.  The harness measures around the chest and comes in 3 sizes...xsmall 11"-13", small 13"-16" and large 19"-22", and 2 colors...green and pink. Made by Doggie Design, it's original price $28.
