2 versions of a hooded raincoat begin with the Zoo raincoat...a lightweight waterproof coat that is covered in images of stylized zoo animals on a  navy background.  The second is a burgundy plaid that has been sealed with a plastic covering, ensuring a waterproof walk.  Both raincoats have an attached hood plus a D-ring at the neck for a leash attachment.  Made by Pooch Outfitters, they come in sizes small 8" and medium 10".
