When the fleet's in, it's time to break out the striped anchor dress and harness.  The dress is red with a white collar, and a black and white striped skirt that sports an orange anchor.  Across the waist is a blue satin bow.  The harness is black and white stripe with a red collar  and an orange anchor near the hem.  Both have a D-ring for leash attachment.  Made by Doggie Design, they come in a variety of sizes from xsmall  8", small  10" and medium 12".
